MicroMed began as an independent service company repairing flexible endoscopes, rigid endoscopes, surgical instruments, power hand pieces and video equipment. Our quality and reputation in the market has earned us the opportunity to become a Certified Service Center for Fujinon Endoscopy. Our focus is on providing exceptional quality and value to our clients which is achieved by employing master technicians who have OEM training, maintaining an in depth loaner inventory and by focusing on our clients' needs. Whether its custom reporting, educational in-services, on-site preventative maintenance checks, or personalized pickup and delivery, we will provide you with unconditional support.

Flexible Endoscopes

A leader in the industry and an OEM service provider, we offer the best and most comprehensive service for your flexible endoscopes. From minor leaks to major rebuilds we can perform the most demanding repairs needed for your scope. No matter what the complaint is, we perform a complete evaluation and provide a full assessment of its condition. Once the repair is complete it goes through the same stringent evaluation as it did when we received it to ensure that when a scope is returned to you, it is functioning to the highest of standards.

Rigid Endoscopes

MicroMed has the technology available to repair most type of rigid and semi-rigid endoscopes. Our extensive knowledge of rigid endoscopes allows us to provide quick turn around times and provide cost effective repairs.

Surgical Equipment

We also service a variety of Surgical Equipment and instruments. Power hand pieces, Phaco emulsifiers, camera heads and couplers, harmonic scalpels, fiber optic light cables and instrumentation such as scissors, needle holders, insulated laparoscopic instruments, and more. If you need something serviced not listed above, give us a call and if we don't have the capabilities to service an item, we can refer you to someone who can.

Loaners

We maintain thorough and in depth inventory of loaner scopes allowing us to achieve a 95+% loaner fill rate. If you are in need of a loaner, please ask your customer service representative or check the loaner box on the service request form. Loaners are free of charge as a courtesy to our valued clients.

In-Service/Education

We believe the best way to decrease service needs is to have a properly trained and educated staff. We work diligently with our clients to ensure that staff members who come in contact with the equipment have a strong working knowledge of the equipment so they know how to troubleshoot, identify potential problems and prevent problems through proper care and handling techniques.
